@jarkko_kouva@A3aestr And how are Habbo's own gambling practices with chance-based lootboxes fine?! Why should a player be prohibited from giving away a valuable item randomly, even for free, when the company itself profits from randomized rewards?
@jarkko_kouva Update: Nothing anymore. Full faith has been lost in habbo. The LTD Massacre, the failure to act quick and resolve in fair ways, the contradicting nonsense ToS update, the ransacked permbanned accounts. There is no future for habbo. November will be the most quiet month ever seen
@ReblogHB@Habbo The LTD Massacre, The super contradicting ToS update, the ransacked permban accounts. These all together in just some days is the final straw for me. I have officially lost 100% of my faith in habbo
I think it’s time for us, Habbo users, to stop seeing ourselves merely as players and start recognizing what we truly are: CUSTOMERS of a company.
We invest our time, our money, and years of our lives into a product that seems to show less and less respect for the very people who keep it alive. While we continue to fuel the game’s economy and make the company richer, our concerns are ignored, absurd decisions are made, and whenever backlash arises, we’re given some flimsy excuse to justify the situation and sweep yet another problem under the rug.
We need to understand that we’re not asking for favors. We’re demanding respect. Behind every avatar is a customer who chooses to spend their money on this game and deserves to be treated with a basic level of consideration.
These practices will never change unless the company starts feeling the consequences of its actions. Complaining while continuing to spend exactly as we always have, as understandable as our attachment to the game may be, ultimately allows things to carry on as they are.
Habbo needs to understand that we’re not just numbers, avatars, or players who can be subjected to whatever decisions the company feels like making. We’re customers. And dissatisfied customers don’t have to limit themselves to complaining: they can withdraw their support, their money, and their trust.
If we want real change, we need to stop normalizing the unacceptable and start acting in a way that reflects what we’re demanding. Because as long as the company has nothing to lose from its own disregard for its customers, we’ll be the ones who keep losing.
@iPhoneX10X@Habbo Habbo has put the final two nails in the coffin yesterday. I had refund motivation overtime accepting the game is dead. But this even for me, i want to quit.
@iPhoneX10X@Habbo Habbo is absolutely killing (as always) the game with this contradicting bs. Meanwhile they allow plinko, gacha, slot machines, claw machines. The whole hotel is essentially gambling slightly around the rules
@GunzHabbo@Habbo Whats the point of Limited if its widely available for everyone. It is supposed to be rare. Most LTDs are worthless because of oversupply. Theyre doing it right recently!
@jarkko_kouva@Muumiopappa Sounds amazing! Totally get the resources are limited and revenue has to be met. Perhaps that just means it has to be invested into the right place even if thats radically different from before. But i trust you fully in making habbo better ♥️
@jarkko_kouva [4] Lastly, players voices feeling heard i think is the primary focus that makes us feel like habbo is going into the right direction. Its for the analytical employee to gather that info and change habbo for the better with unbiased sheets that prove the overal opinions
@jarkko_kouva [3] then all information within the sheet will result in percentages, lists of most voiced opinions etc and additionally they would be checked on potential biases. Being conscious of every bias that influences your own data analysis and adjusting based on that will make it real
@jarkko_kouva Its hard to have a great conversation within X, but Ive always thought habbo needs a community player that polls/gathers global opinions to communicate back, and have real actions based of it. Heck i would even be interested in that job fully unbiased to increase playerbase
@jarkko_kouva But habbo has some really dedicated players that are ready to help totally for free. We just feel like we never can so all we can do is complain online. Habbo really should read the HTF/HTC Discords more as soooo many players agree to the same or similar issues
