On polymarket theres only a 22% chance that the clarity act is signed into law by the end of the year, and the vote is September 15th.

If the law isn't passed i could see it being a substantial negative catalyst for the overall crypto market.

I highly doubt from now until then we have any positive catalyst as substantial as the president of the United States announcing the legalization of HyperLiquid.
