@BBCiPlayer Eps 4-6 of #MasterchefUK don't have Audio Description. Why the difference between pre & post broadcast episodes & can this be changed? Sighted people can watch as soon as eps are uploaded but I'll have to wait until post broadcast for AD. Doesn't seem that fair.

@Pazatodos2017 I'm registered blind, but with some vision & have ADHD. My work coach said there are employers who would employ me for only 4hrs a week (max I can currently manage), but the challenge is finding them. No sh*t! That not taking into account public transport or *anything* else

@ItsEmilyKaty Whoever does the maths at BookBeat hasn't met someone who can read a book in a day, if they think 30hrs will last 45 days! If I'm stuck into a series that would last me maybe a week 🤣. I'd never heard of BookBeat before, I'll check them out!

@AngieBeatDown I'm wondering if that's what's happened with the two of mine that need filling, as they're one or two teeth away from the upper left & bottom right wisdom teeth. The top right one is coming in with literal holes in 🙀. Bloody teeth!

@AngieBeatDown I originally had nurse and anaesthetist pre op (in sept!) because my BMI is well above 30... Hopefully they just want an updated weight for me too! Also hoping it's the afternoon slot, or I'll be getting my 1st bus at 5.30am! Because they don't have capacity to be flexible

@AngieBeatDown Is this the Ambutech 360 came tip? Mine didn't look that pristine white even when new! It also pretty quickly got a lil stone in the gap between the two halves that I can't get out, so it rattles annoyingly.

Would any UK #Blind or #VisuallyImpaired Ambutech cane users like a hook style metal glide tip? I bought one to try, but it's not for me. If I can send it via Articles for the blind it'll be free, otherwise I'll only ask for postage.
