I think and hope there is probably a large contingent at the US CDC that is watching every foreign laboratory they can for the next virus that might escape. Policy on this is obviously obscured from the lay reader.

Dr. Ragy, I commonly see borderline polycythemic people that my hematologists aren't interested enough to see. I then direct them to the Red Cross to donate RBCs every three months for free. Why are they eligible and you are not?

Sir I am your constituent. The plan to move the noncombatant northern half of the inhabitants of Gaza to the Southern half is madness. I think we all agree we must allow the combatants to dispel hatred amongst themselves. As a Democracy we have a duty to protect the innocents.
