@unclebobmartin I love using beads for this. I have this tied into all my workflows so issues get created for every gap, issue uncovered, etc. The developer workflow and Jira integration are slick as heck, and this was designed for distributed code bases from day 1.

The best interviews I've participated in were non-formal mellow discussions about solving actual problems. I noticed this approach took a lot of stress off of the candidates we were chatting with.
