@LeagueScenePod@HollandOates91 This makes total sense.. which is why they won’t wanna do it. The networks and commentators feed off the outrage and controversy regardless if it’s easily explainable or not lol
@BroncosRebuild We own them. After years and years of hearing the stats about how shit our win % is against them, that has just been erased in an instant. Shouldn’t have to hear about it again
Tom Noonan gives one of my all-time favorite performances in Manhunter, his Dollarhyde is pitch-perfect: somehow both utterly terrifying and heartbreakingly human. I still get chills when I watch this scene -- Noonan and Joan Allen are phenomenal here https://t.co/KeV8rLKa7U
Terribly sad about Tom Noonan passing. In casting Manhunter I auditioned about 10-15 actors in New York when Tom walked in the door and said, “I don’t want to talk. I just want to read.” He read and it was magical. We worked closely. I based Dollarhyde less on the novel’s character and more on a convicted killer whom I met and with whom I corresponded who was doing life in Vacaville. I took Tom into that world and he made it his own. It was an automatic to cast Tom in a wheelchair as Kelso in Heat. He did so much more fine work, but it was as the battered child become a killer adult - both alive in the same bottle - that projected the range and deep soul of this so acute and committed artist. Rest in peace, Tom.
@BroncosRebuild Never wanna see that stat that shows the Broncos record vs Storm over the last 20 or so. Broncos have won the last two finals games and that’s all that matters
Disturbia was an all-time summer sleepover classic back in the day when summers actually meant something instead of nonstop, endless work. I really don’t know what to tell you other than you kinda sorta just had to be there, man. The nostalgia is so incredibly strong.
December 30th, 1984. Akron, Ohio. The day the universe shifted forever. Tides rose, skies cleared, flowers blossomed. The birth of a new, otherworldly being. Some call him The King, some call him My Sunshine, some call him LeGOAT. Whatever you refer to him as, just know today is a day of appreciation, appreciation of a person so incredible, so undeniable and advantageous in his way of life. Today marks the 40th annual celebration of one LeBron Raymone James Sr. We shall all now bow our heads in unison, and say with everything in us: "Thank you LeBron."
@cj13371 this ain’t satire this really a lifestyle nigga i’ll really catch a bullet bout bron and i even feel disrespected that you think i’d be satirical in any way, shape or form when it comes to lebron fucking james
@erinelogan I think we got to a point where encores were so rehearsed that they lost the thing that made them special. I appreciate when a band says they don’t do encores so you’re not left there kinda wondering lol
