@LooCarey @SocialistNHS I am band 2 hca and work 6 days a wk to make ends meet and below minimum wage. Over the last 3 yrs I've seen about 90% staff change or leave we are all burnt out and tired, patient safety also at risk because there isn't the staff to look after them. I will be striking

@garethjllewelyn What's the point in building 40 new hospital when there is a staff shortage within the NHS. Staff are burnt out exhausted and mentally drain covering there own wards. Some member are working 60+ hrs a wk.
