@ThreeUKSupport I canceled my broadband and over the 5 months this is what you managed to do:
- billed my account
- sent credit debt collectors after me
- never processed my refund
- worsened my credit score

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Chris, I signed up via phone and cancelled via customer service online chat. To date I was never able to access my account and now apparently my account doesn’t exists. I have all the conversations with the CS on file. Happy to seend them over.

@uber_support on Sunday I complained via in-app email about my latest uber ride when driver FORCED ME (wouldn’t let me get out of the car) to give him 5* and a tip on top of 2.5x fare! Can someone please get back to me? This really isn't ok and it shouldn’t happened again…
