@Hilda54702855 @rtenews Right and if the law wasn't to change, what do you propose to do as an alternative? Continue on having tips made on cards kept and staff not receive them at all?
First World problems. I expect and welcome complaining regarding food fuel, utilities and rent, in my book anyone these days working or not that can choose to spend 12.50 on ONE drink is pretty OK in their life. I work and can't afford that. I actually dont know anyone who can.
@muinteoirmama But if you have your mask on and it protects you, why do you need others to wear one? The government may have dropped mandatory masking but you can still wear one if you choose no?. Do you ask permission to use the toilet too?
@courtsnewsIRL So a lad who drives a car to help them escape is given the same custodial sentence as the man who forced his way into a flat and raped a 16 year old girl. Welcome to Ireland.
@courtsnewsIRL This right here is why people don't come forward. The sentences imposed are a literal deterrent in place to stop victims speaking up. The system is designed in this way to protect the peados at the top.
@courtsnewsIRL The fact that he complained shows that he has no remorse. He has ruined that girls life not just the next 12 years of it. Appeals made for horrific crimes like rape should only have one outcome, double the initial sentence.
The extra hours of light have really affected me, I'm like a new woman when the sun comes out and I can feel it on my skin. Waking up with a completely different attitude every march for the past 10 years. Seasonal depression anyone? It's real.
@lisabu1980 Yes. I got an email last week from https://t.co/DaxpTuzVkG because I have job alerts set up. Just eat was included and said hourly minimum wage. I neglected to mention fuel and car repair costs, using it so much is bound to cost the drivers.
@MurphyAlastair@Risteard_95 It's only €100 after all! That's a full weekly shop for some small families. That's the difference between having heat and electric and none. €100 is a small fortune #ireland2022
@Senseless101@Risteard_95 He literally stole from him. He may aswel have come into his room and taken the 95 from his drawer. I would have approached differently to ensure the return of my money but that is because I know how people operate. You made this about his anger rather than the thief
@lisabu1980 Just eat drivers are paid minimum wage and almost everyone I know, including myself tips. They make more than I did when I was waiting tables and pulling pints. I appreciate the cost of living has risen but take aways have been exploiting people for years. This isnt new
@Sgrimes54041641@afshineemrani Nobody was forced? Where are you because where I am from coercion and blackmail and punishments is equal to being forced
