@unapower I’ve cried in a meeting. It shows the underlying passion. Nothing wrong with showing your emotions, irrespective of gender. Mop up, move on. If you make a big thing of it, so will others.

One of my sons was on a zoom “tutorial” & the tutor asked how everyone was. One student said he’s kinda ok. I hope he’s okay but I do think with online only for young people we need to be more aware of “signals” of distress & men tend to be more reticent & worth watching out for.
