@NBN_Australia I have contacted my RSP, they have done diagnostics and determined by equipment is not at fault. Two seperate routers were even tried to rule my side of things out.

A technician has inspected the wiring in my apartment and informed me its old and needs replacing. This is likely the culprit. He would have replaced it at the time but I needed to arrange manhole access. When is a technician going to be sent to look into this issue?

Some outages, like the one at 4am seem to be invisible to your monitoring team. For every outage, the NBN modems lights go off and on again. The outages are short, 5 mins or less but tend to happen at critical moments like Zoom Meetings for work
