I wasn’t sure about sharing my story, but if I’m going to deliver hard truths, I’ll start with mine.

After 29 years serving in the Army, I’ve faced challenges and led through battles that shaped who I am today. I’m 52 next month, and life has thrown me everything. I survived childhood sexual abuse, a bad car accident, multiple deployments, nearly died twice, a divorce, and more. But I never quit.

I’m here because I believe in discipline, in pushing myself hard every single day. I run, lift, cycle, and ruck almost daily. Not for show, but to stay sharp, focused, and ready for whatever comes next.

I thought about staying anonymous here on X, but if I’m delivering hard truths, hiding doesn’t cut it. Real strength comes from facing life head-on. I try to take on each day like it’s my last. No excuses. No fear.
