I'm trying to inculcate this too.

Set strict 45-60 min timers before each problem and move around to mentally reset after each problem

The best tip to get faster at implementation is to make sure you've fully planned the solution in your mind (including data structures / casework) before typing it out.
If you begin thinking about edge cases while coding, you usually end up with longer and more error-prone code.

When people ask me how to learn or improve at graphs, my first advice is always CSES.
Each of its problem teaches you a new concept which you'll apply when solving problems in later, making implementation a lot easier.
If you haven't done it yet, now's the time

Are there some 100 problems that I can solve to reach 2200?
Well no, the simplest & only way is to just solve a lot of problems of the difficulty you feel is not too easy / tough.

I crossed 1000 Problems today on Leetcode
I remember grinding 100 problems in 25 - 30 days earlier this year and getting into solution writing.
I hadn't thought initially I would get past 200 but this feels great now that I'm here.
