@virginmedia had this same message for 2 days and no wifi, have had to use hot spot, no updates, just the estimated time for it being fixed goes up.

@virginmedia It was showing as 9:11 this morning, now it’s saying 1:11. But there’s been no updates since yesterday morning as to what the actual issue is.
