Just had a lovely @SEPTA @SEPTA_SOCIAL observation. A young man @yendemangum helped an elderly person get to the other side of the track to make the train. @septa employee Mr. B. Moore just came to personally thank the young man for his kindness.

@smmarotta We had a client contact work on a pro Bono case with an associate and send an effusive email about that associate’s work. I sent it on to our all litigation list serve. It brightened everyone’s day; I got SO many responses as did the associate

@RachelZiol @strowhiro @smmarotta I’m not that savvy, but have a devoted time “notebook” and use a different sheet every day. Sure it’s something I could do non-digitally, but having the slim, easily portable device that I’m not switching back and forth between apps on (like the iPad) has been extremely helpful!

@strowhiro Don’t cite a case merely for its explanation of the state of the law. Ask: Is that case’s holding ultimately harmful to our client? How would opposing counsel use this case against us?
