We are looking at data from our survey & using that to inform our design and give our client user insights. One insight we found interesting is that users are not understanding the benefits a crypto platform has for them. We need to highlight those benefits on our prototypes.
Attention Purdue students! Our team is trying to gather insights on your crypto knowledge & preferences. This will help us develop onboarding materials for the crypto product we are designing. Please take our quick 2 min survey, it would be a big help!

This week’s focus is iterations! Our team iterated off of Design #2 from our past tweet. Here's the before and the after- our original mockup inspired many new designs! From here we will narrow in on a design direction and build out other screens such as the login page.
Next, we will schedule a meeting with the Comet team to ensure that we stay grounded in not only design needs, but business trajectory goals as well. We look forward to continuing this project and working towards project delivery.
This week our team plans to engage with Comet’s onboarding process and think about how we can best introduce our users. A question for our followers: ‼️ Which onboarding would be more helpful for a #crypto tool? ‼️ (designs in thread)
Answer our poll above about these designs! Onboarding 1 is an informational "getting started" section and Onboarding 2 is a tool tip walk through onboarding.
We appreciate your help!! Your feedback will help guide the design direction we choose to take. We will update our progress next week after we iterate and make changes!
This week our team handed off 6 initial designs to our client to get a wide range of ideas, color schemes, and content out there. We have included each design in the thread, **‼️ please like which design is your favorite ‼️** #userfeedback#uxdesign#quicktesting
Further, understanding our user’s motivations, goals for using Comet’s platform, and desires will continue to guide our wireframing. Moving forward, we will engage with more concepts that successfully cater to our users as well as Comet’s business goals! Now comes the fun part :)
After getting some great feedback from Comet, our team will review their comments and assess how to move forward. Specifically, our team will use the feedback to nail down our user group to ensure that we are designing for the correct user base.
We again used @Whimsical as our design tool of choice to keep ourselves in the low to mid fi space, as well as receive comments from the team. Based on this week’s work, we plan to receive and implement feedback from Comet’s team and continue with our project!
Comet’s development team needed initial wireframes this week, so we spent our time brainstorming, researching, designing and branding! We made progress from last week’s designs after receiving direction from our client.
Our client’s goal is to help creators, influencers, and companies launch an NFT or token that is a membership pass to a DOA. In order to help our client achieve this and align our understanding of this problem space, our team started designing. #NFT#blockchain
Our team started with comparative analysis and low-fidelity prototypes in @whimsical. We decided to start designing early to receive input from our client and give them tools to use for investors.
