@ivasan_games@Kickstarter And just in case, if for some reason.... That doesn't seem like possible to me, but if you decide to make a game on Rust, we could collaborate on it.
@ivasan_games@Kickstarter Well, that's impressive. So much work on your own.
Pixelart is always hard thing to do, but you seem to handle that. And just so you know "software engineer" sounds insanely cool. I mean it.
@BluePathfinder@aseprite Before I discovered this feature I always had to calculate needed pixels, but now I just set 500 percent everywhere ( I know, it's not nice, but at least honest ).
Enjoying a walk with my dear friends! I've done a lot of work and finished the basic interactions. This was a pathfinding session: I was trying to catch one nasty bug, and as you can see — I did.

Well, sometimes I just work and collect warnings during prototyping. It's definitely a bad habit, but I can't force myself to fix them before finishing the mechanic. BTW, I've implemented many interactions, and now I'm syncing the UI after a major refactor.

@dorsth_ In context of gamedev, it all makes sense. If no one gives a damn about your game - that is pretty bad. But in common, if you are good at something - then you are good and you should be that for yourself, not for all 8 (large number) people.
So, what about interactions? Well, here we go. I started implementing them, and voilà — the first funny bug! I’ll fix it in a minute, but I already expect more to show up. #gamedev#indiedev

I've implemented an infinite, procedurally generated world using Perlin noise. Chunks are saved to disk, so they don’t take up too much RAM. It’s been a great learning experience. 10/10, great Rustaceans!
Now I'm working on interactions. Have fun...
Hello, Dutchmann here! Today I start logging my coding journey.
I’ve been learning Rust for a few months, and now I’m working on my first game. It’s an infinite-world, top-down mining and exploration game in pixel art. I’m new to gamedev, but I’ll do my best. See you! #gamedev
