@SportsDirect_CS @GemmaDurber1 I've spent all afternoon trying to get a refund for 3 kids coats that still haven't left the warehouse. I've spoken to several people in the outsoured call center. I bet when my bank refund the money for me you'll find suddenly be able to stop the order when it gets to you store?
