@YodelOnline can you advise why when a parcel says it needs to be left with a person and as I wasn’t home, updated to leave with my neighbour, did your driver still leave it beside my porch on a main road for it to get subsequently nicked? I’ve waited 6 weeks for this parcel!!

@Argos_Online went to order two items today on click and collect and my Apple Pay wouldn’t work, kept declining, so I left it. Then an hour later received 6 texts where the orders had gone through (even though all sat in my basket on the app and taken 3 payments. 1/2

@VodafoneUK it shouldn’t be this hard to just set up something so basic. Opt in is a thing. Not everyone wants a “contract” and just wants to have a phone for emergencies purposes without having to commit to paying monthly money. I doubt my grandad will get though £20 a year!

@VodafoneUK just got an Elderley friendly📱for my 86yo techphobe gdad for emergencies with a PAYG sim and put £20 credit on it. It automatically put a big bundle on I didn’t want &taken the credit. I’ve opted out for future but still taken the £20 4 bundle we dont need #nothappy

Appalling service from @sainsburys yesterday! Not only did they cancel one platter last min, got the 2nd to venue to find out it was out of date. a return trip, few sarnies thrown in a bag later, at least the kids got fed at my niece 3rd birthday party. Won’t be ordering again!
