@NespressoUK machine that is 6 months old taken for repair as broken already and potentially away for 3 weeks and not even a complimentary coffee sleeve for the disruption. Absolutely awful customer service via instagram
@mec I ordered an egift card and it says in queue this was purchased as a gift for a birthday and this is now delayed. I'm not sure how an egift card can be delayed. Can someone contact myself urgently as there's no chat available on website
@DollarCars It's a joke we've been up 24 hours. No food or drink and you think that's acceptable to make people wait 4 hours for a car. No offer of discount. Will never use your company again and seeing all bad reviews and you've done nothing to sort. I will be contacting my lawyer
