Among the more egregious sins of our educational systems is persuading children the best way to learn is from text books rather than experience, in cloisters rather than in nature, and from instruction rather than converse with the wise.
What is different now is the pace of change.
We can’t prepare our organizations to lead in such a rapid change environment unless we productively rekindle our curiosity and reawaken the able learners inside of all of us. #leadwithjoy
It seems to me that companies that would say they are in the "knowledge work" space have lost sight of what it take to acquire said knowledge: "learning".
