I feel this is important for everyone's health to share.
I went on a high fat very low carb diet a couple years ago to help correct some high blood sugar issues.
Long story short.
My blood sugar is under control without medication. A1C 5.0
My triglycerides dropped under 45. 45 is the lowest they give for a number.
I weighed this morning the lowest I have been in nearly 10 years. I eat all I want.
Bottom line. We have been lied to about these low fat diets they have pushed all of these years. Low fat usually mean high carbs and that leaves you hungry and very unhealthy.
