@HelenSalmon2 @deirdreheenan I think naively you’re assuming rental properties are owned outright. Many of the Landlords, who as a point in fact provide affordable housing for those who cannot afford to own, have significant liabilities in terms of Mortgages and therefore substantial risk.

@vpodstudios @protectjobs2020 @SamTarry @HuwMerriman The point being though that the redundancy legislation clearly states that consultation must take place between the employer and the representative body (The Union) in thumis case when the number of redundancies are as large as this. I would argue BA are in breach.
