4th day without a water tanker in Randpark Ridge Ext 16/Malanshof area. We drive (expense) to go and buy water (expense) and yet, our monthly water bills (expense) remain the same. It's criminal and unconstitutional. Strategic litigation is the best route for residents to take.

@goolammv Lawlessness thrives in SA due to the ineptitude of law enforcement agencies and the lack of political will from the ANC. The ANC led JHB council voted to raise their salaries a fortnight ago while crime is rampant, corruption is rife, illegal foreigners are running amok.
