@FNBSA I guess I’m just not important enough. 24 hrs later and my query has still not been resolved. The agent I spoke to yesterday said it shouldn’t be a mammoth task to resolve my issue. This has to be a joke. I’m highly inconvenienced due to @FNBSA!

@CityPowerJhb I just think you’re repair guys don’t know what they’re doing and the decision makers don’t care to do something about it 🙄 Obviously now that you have the votes. I’m still trying to figure out how we didn’t have these issues before the elections. Maybe I’m not the smartest 🙄😒

@Vodacom Your customer care team is extremely rude and lack respect for the customer. Your agent went as far as laugh at me on the phone. Is this how customers are meant to be treated by vodacom? Talk about bad customer experience.

@JHBWater @jhbwater @eNCA @News24 @BBCAfrica We’ve resorted to having to buy water which over an above loadshedding is money we don’t have. Sadly unless the people are burning the areas down, nothing is ever done. My mother says she’d rather be living in Apartheid times than in ANC times.

@JHBWater @JHBWater @eNCA @News24 @BBCAfrica We’ve been without water for over 24hrs. We have children and we work. We’ve received very little to no comms regarding this. @JHBWater is only responding to people reporting burst pipes. Not enough water tankers have been deployed and no update

@FNBSA almost 2hrs later and my query has still not been resolved. For the years I’ve been with @FNBSA. Today was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Your agents don’t speak the same language. I was misinformed so many times. No one was able to assist me.

Today I received by far the worst service from @FNB from the 6 agents on my secure chat and the other 4 I spoke to on the phone. The culture of agents hanging up or ending a chat because they don’t want to deal with a customer. I’m definitely moving to another bank.
