@Primetimeperry@espenstrand Not sure this will mean too much more than surface level bits…can’t see much impact to match goers in terms of the service from there unfortunately.
@memphis_lions Rogers looks good because it’s his job to get the ball deep and drive beyond defenders. Watkins role sometimes a thankless task and not made easier by people that don’t get it trying to scapegoat him. Knock it off and support our RECORD GOAL SCORER.
@memphis_lions Yeah, fine. Forget the stats, use your eyes. Starved of any real service, Villa once again to slow around the box and struggling to find our attacking players centrally. Watkins spent the game doing what he should and not getting much from it. Not his job to create.
@memphis_lions If there’s not a moment there where Digne inexplicably leave Rayan then we talk about a battling win against run of play, a huge 3 points away at a good side.
Fine margins do not make OW useless. Ridiculous take.
@espenstrand Ollie knew exactly what he was doing there, and rightfully so. Palhinha spent the game kicking our players, injured Bouba, hurt Morgan and should have been sent off. I’d have done exactly what OW did there. Also love to see that edge from us, too long we’ve felt soft. Not today!
@NepentheZ 4213 Ødegaard as a classic 10 at cam and abuse incisive pass plus off 1-2s. Even when camped in you can pass around in front of them and be patient until they commit, then pass through of 5* skill past. If you see that as a pick the lock challenge then it’s fun. For me anyway 😅
@mjmarr_star@theavfcfaithful Gabby was in a different time though. Emi has rather publicly burnt bridges with a much more connected and informed fanbase than back.
Before last season Onana missed 11 games in 4 years at club level through injury. Kamara, Barkley seemingly getting pretty consistent injuries too. Is this a system thing? #avfc
