@dresserman Correct - Everyone (mgrs included) works 7-4 Mon-Thurs. There aren't spare hours for multi-skilling anyone. In addition, the only applicants for jobs are those forced to apply by the job centre which never ends well. Retail skill/knowledge is the worst I've seen in 25 years.
