In January, Lily was rushed to hospital with flu-like symptoms that quickly turned into septic shock. She was diagnosed with meningococcal septicaemia - a rare, aggressive infection that led to two cardiac arrests, a coma, and ultimately, the amputation of all four limbs.

Thankfully Lily survived, but this is only just beginning.

The funds raised will go towards prosthetics, home adaptations, physiotherapy, and rehab to help her rebuild her life.

Last night, we joined @GovJsyIE in the Tunnel, to carry out a smoke test.

This test allowed us to see, in person, what a fire in the tunnel would look like. The exercise reinforced our risk information and helps ensure that we are well prepared, should an incident occur.
