Probably one of the events I’m most looking forward to being part of for a long time. Such an impressive line up of speakers and we can all learn how to support those at a disadvantage in the labour market. @cipdscotland

Some encouraging stuff in here, including a focus on improving job quality. As it happens, @CIPD_NI will be publishing a Northern Ireland job quality report this June that will highlight some of the gaps. We look forward to engaging with the Minister and his team on this.
