@Slipschic @SouthwestAir Same is true for the flight I am on from Denver to Dallas. Flight attendants refused to let middle row passengers move to open rows. It is extremely bad customer service and experience.

@albBreezy @SouthwestAir There is no way it is better. They should be loading the plane from the back to the front and not allow passengers to put bags in the front. SWA is a mess!

@SouthwestAir you guys have gone from decent - to sucks. 1/2 the plane is empty and you have a handful of passengers in middle seats. You no longer care about passengers. I am not in the middle - but to have people less comfortable speaks to how you do business. Do better!
