@FirstWestYorks 15 to Cross Green Ind. Driver didn't turn off for stop on pontefract rd. 'Apparently' I didn't ring early enough even though it was before the junction. Clearly just didn't want to have to queue. Instead she opened doors at the side of busy road with no crossing.
