@ColeSouth Yeah maybe it can work in select transparent spaces but private companies are notorious for completely cooking/fabricating their books/projections (the spac craze!) with basically zero repercussions.
@tferriss I do these every day, great maintenance exercise. Can also do them with a lighter weight but hold the weight one-handed as a counterbalance out over the knee you’re sitting down into. Then transition the weight to the other hand as you low-glide over.
@tobi Not the same because success depends on visual input/interpretation by the brain and #2 is easier for the brain to interpret exactly where the blocks are. Similarly, if you took #2 and dimmed the blocks such that they are only slightly darker than the sky, it would be trickier.
@olivierbusquet@strassa2 About word for word what I was going to say. People tend to way underestimate the benefits of daily zone 2 cardio and way overestimate the effort/energy/time needed. It’s the best bang for your buck in terms of mind, body, mood, and healthspan.
@kevinrose Movie was so vastly under-appreciated by mainstream. Even though it received critical acclaim/awards, most people I ask haven’t watched it. They should, especially now. 🤓
@strassa2 I think you can extrapolate this to less thinking as well. Work, either physical or mental, expends valuable calories. Calories are expensive, both metabolically and financially. We have a strong primal tendency to not expend calories unless we’re highly incentivized to do so.
