While we’re in this very happening season of Indo-Pak engagements, plugging an old song of mine
“Ab hum Kia karain ge
Sadion tung jung larrain ge, Phir Kia?
Kub tuk yay khel karain ge,
Kin naslon tuk jhelain ge, Phir Kia?
Here’s to better times..

I hate that I’ve become the bitter cricket fan but there’s only so much losing a guy can handle
Have nothing left to give to guys like Shaheen, Babar, shadab and Rauf
You can tailor pitches to suit them but they will never be winners
Could have curated a sporting pitch. Could have tested Sufyan, Naseem, Danyal. Could have batted first to challenge themselves.
None of this utter woke nonsense by Pakistan, who just want to seal a meaningless bilateral ODI series win against an understrength Australian team.
The pitch for this game is a perfect reflection of everything wrong with our cricket. The team management knows that their main weakness is their bowling which gets exposed on the flat pitches they get in world cups. They know have to practice for those situations in bilaterals
Pakistan using the same tactic Bangladesh used to do during their struggling days. LPreparing spin tracks at home to rack up some wins and then get found out the second they step outside home conditions.Good on Arafat to take advantage but this tactic will take our team nowhere

This is shameful. For a one sport country with such large finances coming in from the ICC…with a fast bowling history as amazing as hours…the fact that THIS is how weak our fast bowlers are , it’s nothing short of disgraceful.
The least Pakistan can do is to never pick Shan Masood and Hassan Ali for a test match again. Irrespective of how much they’re lighting domestic cricket on fire.
It feels increasingly unreal that I grew up watching test match spells by bowlers like Wasim, Waqar, Shaibee, Mushtaq, Saqlain….kia Pata tha aaj jaisay din aur aisay bowler bhee daikhnay parrain ge. Thank you PCB for running Pakistan cricket into the ground. A job well done
Babar azam these days reminds me a lot of how mohommad Yousuf was before his crazy run. Just a complete tease, always looking good, serving the appetizer but leaving right before the main course comes out #KLPD
With apologies for adding to the doomscroll: On why the 2020s - and not the 60s or the mid to late 2000s - is the lowest Pakistan cricket has ever been

@PakCricFanatik@RezaAli1980 I’ll give him some credit for the knock vs NZ. But then again you can also find the odd flutters like that in Shan’s career. At the end of the day, both are privileged shit players who have got to play a lot more than their mediocre talents deserved
@PakCricFanatik@RezaAli1980 Ramiz averaged 31 in tests. Got to play 57 tests despite having such a SHIT average. Got to be a captain of Pakistan because of privilege. Got to play 198 odis with an ave of 31 and SR of 63. Because of him Saeed Anwar had to sit on the bench for a lot longer than he should have
Pak in 2026 is a curious Test side. One which exists seemingly without a purpose, is inured from the consequences of its results, is indifferent to the opinions of its supporters, and oblivious to its own rapid decline.
On a familiarly humbling defeat👇
