Legacy Foundation

Legacy Foundation creates a stronger future for our area by building endowments, providing leadership and connecting donors to the critical needs of the region.

We are grateful for community leaders like Richard See who leads "Families Eating Donated Deer (F.E.D.D.)" In 12 years, FEDD has provided over 19,500# of venison to Cowley Co. famlies. Legacy awarded a multi-year grant totaling $15,000 to help offset the cost of processing.

Independent Sector values volunteer time in Kansas @ $29.69/hr. Time logged with Legacy this year equals $8,491.34, but those hours are compounded by the impact of decisions made and work produced.
I wonder at the estimated value of compassionate acts for our entire community?

We sum up the work of Legacy Regional Community Foundation in three simple words - Give, Grow, Grant - but underlining each of those words is Gratitude!

We work with donors to carry out their charitable wishes - sometimes they come to us knowing where they hope to make an impact but others ask questions about where help is needed. Share with us what fills your heart at https://t.co/OCKgXp1riJ.
