NEW: LeBron James appears to suddenly care about the pitfalls of progressive policies as he has reportedly become "very concerned" about squatters in his neighborhood.
Two-doors down from James' Beverly Hills property, squatters have taken over a home.
The home is used for "cocaine orgy parties" by the squatters.
According to news outlet @Curbed, James is "very concerned."
"One of the neighbors got in touch with LeBron James’s house manager. They were told James was very concerned," the outlet reported.
James purchased his property for $36.8 million in 2022 and tore down the home that was on it to build his dream home.
The squatter home throws frequent parties that usually don't start until 2am.
The squatters are even impacting James' pockets. The NBA star reportedly needs 24/7 security guards because of the frequent parties.
Police are not able to evict the squatters because they produced a fake lease agreement and obtained drivers licenses with the address of the property.
The neighborhood also belongs to celebrities like John Legend and Seth McFarlane.
Greenville City Council approved a $136.8 million budget that invests in neighborhoods and public safety. It funds safe crossings along the Swamp Rabbit Trail and better connections between downtown and the attractions at Heritage Green. Budget in Review: https://t.co/G4xs1jhI8M

Whether you’re building luxury Class A or affordable housing, the construction costs are not much different.
Developers can't build to rents below costs without public financing.
I'm sad that the Queen has died, but I'm glad she didn't have to endure losing her final home game to UNC and then losing to them again in the Final Four.

FACT: #rentcontrol has halted 1/3 of development projects in St. Paul, according to @RealPage. The policy passed in November 2021 and is already harming #housingaffordability just 7 months later.
If you're only for 100% below market rate housing & fight against market-rate housing, you're a huge ally for NIMBYs. They love you! The housing shortage will continue, homelessness will continue & the working class will continue being forced to move to Texas to afford housing.🤦🏾♂️
@MattTalhelm@WRAL Talk to local municipalities about green lighting more development. It is quite simply a supply and demand issue as housing can’t be built quick enough.
@wparryhill Clear indications of an ever growing shortage in supply that will not get better based on increasing regulations like inclusionary zoning combined with supply and labor limitations.
