3 months, repeat emails, and yet not a word from @KenyaAirways@KQSupport on compensation for 28 hrs delay and no hotel (I slept overnight on the floor at NBO airport)
I asked them to put the ordeal in writing, but if there's no follow up what's the point #flightdelay#KQ
@KenyaAirways it’s been two months since I filed a claim for compensation for being delayed 28 hours and non provision of a hotel overnight (leading me to sleep on the floor at NBO). Still no resolution or update from your staff

@ECC_Nederland I contacted the French DGAC, the correct authority suggested by the Europe Direct Contact Center. But the DGAC keeps rejecting my applications for redressal (with all proper documentation) without providing any explanations.
