A disciplinary panel may reprimand, probate, suspend, or revoke a license if a physician:
• Is guilty of immoral conduct or unprofessional conduct in the practice of medicine.
• Is professionally, physically, or mentally incompetent.
• Engages in other prohibited acts (e.g., fraud, patient abandonment, substance abuse, overutilization, false reports, etc.).
“Unprofessional conduct” is evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the disciplinary panel. It is not rigidly defined in statute but includes failures to meet standards of care, ethical violations, or behavior that harms patients or the profession.

My last conversation with the first soldier that died from the vax, he said, "I know the vaccine did this to me. I felt that poison go through my body.
