Am I entitled to my brother’s money? Yes, 100%, and he knows it.
He cannot pay for 8+ of his children to go to Hajj while I do not own a house. If the money is enough for me to buy a house, then he will give me that money to buy a house.
Some of you embrace Western ideologies so deeply that you do not even realize how disconnected they are from how we live here.
That is not how we operate in Nigeria. We are communal people.
This is why my brother’s children are mine too. I am not allowed to go to Hajj—not even my children, me myself—if his children need money for food, school fees, or a roof over their heads.
As long as what they need is a necessity and not a luxury, I am not allowed to engage in luxury spending while they are in need.
Period.
Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew would sometimes study data on schoolchildren’s academic performance in his country. He would filter the results by ethno-religious composition to determine whether there was a pattern of poor performance within a particular subgroup. He would then summon the leaders of the affected ethno-religious group for a private meeting to give them a heads-up about how their wards were underperforming and how this could potentially have an exclusionary effect on the group—one that he argued could hamper national unity.
At times, some of these groups would respond constructively and work cooperatively to institute new habits that improved their children’s academic performance. He was that thorough.
Honestly i anticipate this. Mallam shouldn't have joined APC. It's a rugged and mischievous party. But it was Allah's will for him to experience its brutality.
PANTAMI WITHDRAWS FROM APC GOVERNORSHIP PRIMARIES IN PROTEST OVER ELECTORAL PROCESS VIOLATIONS!
In the name of God, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.
Prof. Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami, CON, PhD (Prof/Malam Pantami), has withdrawn from the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship race in Gombe State in protest over violations of the Electoral Act 2026 and the party’s failure to provide a channel of communication and information essential for a credible contest.
When Prof. Pantami accepted calls from leaders, youth, women, and other stakeholders to contest for the governorship of Gombe State, he demonstrated loyalty to the APC by participating fully, meeting requirements, and following the laid-down guidelines and procedures. He was the only APC governorship aspirant to send a representative to the Peace Accord organised by the Nigeria Police Force, Gombe State Command, on 14 May 2026. His representative was the only one who signed the Peace Accord during the meeting.
Despite his loyalty, he was repeatedly denied access to critical information. Letters sent by his solicitors to the various organs of the party requesting details and raising concerns about the forthcoming governorship direct primaries received no reply or acknowledgment. The requests were not granted, and the issues remain unresolved.
In a democracy, the law must guide the process. Non-compliance with the Electoral Act 2026 and the party guidelines renders the exercise unsafe and illegitimate. The people of Gombe State witnessed what transpired during the direct primary “elections” for the National Assembly held on 16 and 18 May 2026. The strength of Pantami lies in his massive grassroots support, particularly among women and youth. Unfortunately, in the recent direct primaries, members at the grassroots were sidelined in the process.
After extensive consultations with stakeholders and careful reflection on the developments in Gombe State, Prof. Pantami has taken the difficult decision to withdraw from the APC governorship primary election scheduled for 21 May 2026, under protest. Peaceful protest is a fundamental pillar of democracy.
The protest is based on the blatant disregard for the provisions of the Electoral Act 2026 and the failure of the party leadership to implement the framework required for a credible primary election. During the National Assembly primaries, no actual election took place in the state. According to the testimony of several aspirants, relevant details on venues, procedures, and agent and observer accreditation were not provided, but results were announced.
Even though President Bola Ahmed Tinubu insisted on the necessity of free, fair, and credible direct primaries, his directives were, unfortunately, not implemented. Prof. Pantami had requested details on the time and place for accreditation of agents and observers, the procedures for accreditation, voting, and collation, and the location of collation centres. This information should have been provided to all aspirants without being solicited. As of this moment, nothing has been provided.
Prof. Pantami expresses deep gratitude to the youth who used crowdfunding to purchase his expression of interest and nomination forms. Contributions ranged from ₦5,000 to ₦4 million, and receipts were issued and shared publicly online by the contributors.
The Pantamiyya Movement will communicate its next steps and future plans to its followers, supporters, sympathisers, mentees, and students of Prof. Pantami in Gombe State and across Nigeria in due course. The movement’s commitment to advancing good governance in Gombe State and Nigeria remains unwavering, and its resolve against injustice through lawful means is unshakable. All followers, admirers, and supporters of Malam Pantami are to remain united for the next alignment and realignment in the political space.
May God bless Gombe State, & Nigeria.

Engr. Saleh Mamman's case is a strong indicator that Northern elites are prime targets for the destruction of the region. It is a sad situation but i just pray the Nigerian Judiciary system does what is required in seeing that he and his disciples don't get away with this!!!!
Wa Alaikumus Salam wa Rahmatul Laah wa Barakaatuh, Sister @Safreenarrhh!
Microblading is a form of semi-permanent tattooing that typically lasts around two years. In most cases, It is done using a blade, similar to a razor, to create small incisions in the eyebrow area and deposit pigment to give the appearance of fuller brows. It is closely related to traditional tattooing.
According to the majority scholarly opinion, microblading falls under the category of changing the creation of Allah, which is among the things Satan promised to lead people into, as mentioned in Surah An-Nisaa 4:117-119. Tattooing is explicitly included within this ruling.
Imam al-Qurtubi (May Allah be merciful to him) stated in his tafsir of this verse, 5/392, that a number of scholars held that changing the creation of Allah refers to tattooing and similar practices undertaken for beautification. This view was reported from Ibn Mas‘ud (May Allah be pleased with him) and al-Hasan al-Basri (May Allah have mercy on him).
For these reasons, it is best to avoid microblading, our sister. The best beauty is the natural one.
Indeed, Allah is the All-Knowing.
"I have carefully examined the situation regarding the video, and it is very upsetting. Several things are clear:The guy who recorded and shared this video has committed a grave injustice. During the events in the video, the girl appeared to be in significant distress and pain, calling out for divine help as one does in a crisis. It appears that she was not a willing participant or was very inexperienced and frightened. The most malicious act was recording her without her consent and then sharing the footage on social media while hiding his own identity. This has caused immense shame and pain to the girl, her family, and her community. The parents are likely going through an incredibly difficult trial. In such dark times, the emotional toll can be overwhelming.ADVICETo the parents: Stay calm and do not distance yourselves from your daughter. Support her, investigate what happened, and seek legal counsel. You should take this to court and hold the person responsible for recording and spreading the video accountable. Based on the circumstances, legal charges could include:(1) Abduction(2) Rape(3) Cyberbullying(4) Defamation of characterTo those who are sharing this video: Please stop and delete it. It is better to protect someone's privacy than to expose their trauma. Spreading this video serves no purpose and only causes further harm to a victim. Consider how you would feel if this happened to someone close to you.If anyone knows the family, please share this advice with them. Bringing such individuals to justice helps protect the entire community.May we all be protected from such unfortunate circumstances and may our dignity be preserved."
In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful. A few hours ago, the Rt. Hon. Speaker of the 10th House of Representatives, Hon. Tajudeen Abbas GCON, announced my letter of resignation from the All Progressives Congress (APC) and my formal move to the African Democratic Congress (ADC) at plenary. I am now a member of the ADC, and I will be seeking re‑election to continue representing the good people of Kaduna North Federal Constituency on this platform.
I am joined in this new chapter by our respected elder, Hon. Engr. Suleiman Richifa, representing Soba, and my dear brother, Hon. Umar Ajilo, representing Makarfi/Kudan, who both defected from their previous parties to the African Democratic Congress. Together, we are building a home for progressive, people‑focused service.
This decision was not taken lightly. As a proud son of Mallam Nasir @elrufai, I am guided by courage, conviction, and the unshakable belief that our people deserve the very best. To the people of Kaduna North: our work continues, and it will not stop. We will never compromise on delivering quality representation. There is still so much to do.
By the grace of God, I will soon announce the ad hoc committee for the Primary Health Care initiative I unveiled last week. We will be equipping Primary Health Care Centres with medical supplies, starting with 1,000 syringes per PHC and other essential items. Phase I begins with two centres: Unguwar Sarki Ward and Badarawa/Malali Ward.
May Allah SWT continue to guide us as we serve the people. And may He bless Nigeria with the best leaders.
Signed
Hon. Mohammed Bello El-Rufai
