IF they were truly rescued and not ransomed or returned pursuant to phone calls between the terrorists and the government, how many terrorists were captured or killed? And how many are going to be charged with killing Mr. Adesiyan who was shot, and Mr. Oyedokun who was butchered?
It’s been 72 hours since he dared you to bring out any evidence of corruption against him, & he will stop campaigning. You said you weren’t convinced! Now he is daring you to put forward any evidence of corruption. It’s been 5 years now. That makes him a saint among criminals.
When the judiciary is no longer the last hope of the common man, but has instead become a weapon systemically fashioned against the weak and disfavored, that nation toys with disaster, and its ruiners invokes the implacable wrath of the victims..
Owning Up to Leadership Failures and Political Responsibility
This morning, I listened to the British Prime Minister’s speech announcing his planned resignation in July. As a keen observer of global politics, my primary interest lies in examining what successful nations do right and the structural factors that cause others to lag or struggle with governance and development.
The Prime Minister’s planned resignation comes amid mounting public frustration over a stagnant economy, a worsening cost-of-living crisis, and a perceived failure to honour key campaign pledges.
Looking inward in our dear country, we can recall our own situation. Before 2015, our President on several occasions championed the call for the then President Goodluck Jonathan to resign over economic hardship and insecurity affecting Nigerians. During the Chibok school kidnapping incident, he demanded the immediate resignation of President Jonathan, arguing that the government had failed in its most fundamental duty of protecting lives.
During the 2023 election campaign, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu made several promises, including improved electricity supply. He also challenged the electorate not to vote for him for a second term if he failed to deliver on those commitments—particularly in providing stable power, fighting corruption, and improving the welfare of Nigerians.
At present, however, these conditions have worsened. Electricity supply remains unreliable, insecurity has intensified in many areas, including kidnappings, and economic hardship has deepened rather than eased. Similar concerns are reflected across other critical sectors such as security, infrastructure, transportation, and anti-corruption efforts, all of which have regressed. We are in the worst possible condition.
I, therefore, join Nigerians of goodwill in calling for the resignation of the President over monumental failure in governance. Such a gesture would help enthrone a political culture rooted in accountability and responsibility, rather than further entrenching impunity. It would also send a powerful message that public office is a sacred trust, not an entitlement, and help build a society in which future leaders understand that failure carries consequences. Only by ending the culture of impunity can we secure a better future for the society our children will inherit in a New Nigeria that is possible. -PO
The true frustration is knowing that however much you may wail, those for whom you wail, are purposed to be dead to your cries..
I LIVE IN THE FUTURE YOU ARE DESTROYING TODAY..🇳🇬🤬
"Work hard o!!" whereas her line of work is prostitution.
The girl who made this tweet knows she's a prostitute whose lifestyle is sponsored by the rich men she's sleeping with but to her, prostitution can be equated to working hard.
At the end of the day, the average Nigerian woman don't care about working legitimately. It's all about what can give them the big girl lifestyle which is why the hookup culture in Nigeria is high.
As a man, if your woman is looking up to women like Sophia and you still need someone to tell you that you're dating a whore, you're simply a FOOL.
It’s 24 days since Oyo children were kidnapped

WHY ARE THE CHILDREN STILL IN CAPTIVITY?
What this means is that the average cooking gas of 12.5kg would cost about N30k.
Tell me..
Is it only non-APC supporters that would suffer it?
But as usual, they'll still come to defend Tinubu.
Slaves, loving their chains.
End.
“Why are we talking to tinubu? Why we dey do video? Why is everybody online? WHAT IS ALL THESE NONSENSE?
Everybody stop work! Be it bank worker, civil servant etc…the only people working should be essential services like hospitals…
