My KoH7 photo album is live on my Flickr!
As usual, I don't sort through them very much. I deleted the madly out of focus ones, but generally it's just an image dump. It's mostly Ultimate, but I got a bit of melee and SF6 grands.

@Bongosonthewall That guiding principle is I think the reason events all across Atlantic Canada, not just ours, have grown so much and built such a great community.
@FGCTeach It is impossible to overstate the impact you have had on Atlantic Canada FGC. Take a step back and enjoy a well-deserved rest: you've taught a whole community how to do it, and together they'll be able to fill your very big shoes and carry on your torch. Thank you for everything.
Reminds me of this bit, about how ridiculous Vader (who isn't officially part of the Empires Chain of Command or any official office/position) must have been seemed to everyone in the room.
@LBE_Savant @RyX__2 @LumiRank Yes, it's a shitty joke about how in the mid-2000s and early 2010s (and perhaps before and after that) people would jokingly call Halifax "Halifornia". And so this is absolutely a reference to Kings of Cali borne from that joke.
@FamousNB_ That's a valid feeling to have (your upset not mattering), but at both KoH2 and StH one of the top seeds got upset in pools and as a result round 1 of the DE bracket was seed 1 vs seed 2. So the player that got the upset in pools dramatically changed the bracket.
@CroiSSB They did and to this day I believe that they were not justified in their complaints but I took the weak man's way out and just switched to bracket pools and amateur bracket/trying to provide lots of friendlies setups so that I wouldn't have to deal with the whining again.
@CroiSSB I feel that my choice to run RR pools with large pool sizes (8-10 players per pool) resulted in some swingy pools leading to top seeds consistently playing against each other in round 1 of top 64 winners side, which lots of people were upset about.
@CroiSSB I agree with you, but there was enough whining about KoH2 round robin pools and Storm the Harbour round robin pools that I was convinced not to do 'em again. Which I regret, because I think RR is awesome.
@colinnorthpole dominated early brawl, was still winning brawl tournaments when i came back in 2013-2014, was the best melee player in NS from 2010-2014, and also got a bunch of dope wins throughout smash 4, dominated late ultimate and melee
