That said, things like chicken burgers, salmon burgers, or lamb burgers (all pictured) are a ground (usually meat) and grilled patty. If there isn't a patty it isn't a burger.

The fact that both Starship and California HSR appear destined to project completion alone makes them outliers

@hackerjay @TazWes @constans The difference is that SpaceX can operate with a much smaller team and on a smaller scale from a project management perspective and is operating with a robust domestic aerospace industry for design & construction while California is standing up a domestic industry from scratch.
