@TUIUKcares @TUIUK The fact that it happens so often is a problem. 12hrs for the 1st delayed flight, but no compensation has been granted. 2nd & 3rd just under 2hrs delayed so we miss out again! The knock on affect it has to my day/work is the issue. It’s just not good enough.

@TUIUK I have flown to/from Naples from Birmingham/Luton 4 times in the last 6 weeks & so far have been delayed for 15hrs over 3 flights. The flight I’m on today being one of them!This can’t be normal practice surely?! I think it’s time to book with EasyJet! #whatajoke
