A multidisciplinary group have improved the treatment we provide for fragility hip fractures, which are a sign of osteoporosis. Through a quality improvement project, the group has improved the up take for bone protection medication across our hospitals and community sites.

Surgeons from the Leicester Knee Unit visited the Kolkata Arthroscopy & Sports Surgery Society. to educate their Indian counterparts on partial knee replacements and knee realignment surgery. The Leicester Knee Course combined lectures, workshops and live surgical demonstrations.
