@EE I thought this was a thing of the past?! My renewal is more expensive with a slower monthly speed. If I don't sign into my account I get the new router, faster speeds and for £10 cheaper...horrible way to treat existing customers EE! #ripoff#noloyalty#nocustomerservice
@EE I did. They said there was no better deals at the moment. I had to download a new browser so that I wasn't automatically signed into my EE! You are trying to scam existing customers just to give the best prices for new ones! #PoorService#scam

@EE you sold me a £400 brick!! Got a switch 2 from you yesterday and the thing will not turn on and stay on. It's charged, shows the logo and keeps turning off. I have done everything the Nintendo website says and still nothing. And your return process is designed to stop returns
