Had an idea at work today and immediately started building it out when I got home. This is something I’m very excited about and can’t wait to share more soon!
@GarethRansome Love seeing operators show up in the indie lane — shipping signs and shipping software have more in common than people think. What’s the first thing you’d want to learn from builders?
@yogeshbanjara00 “Faster bugs” is the line. We’ve seen the same — speed masks bad state handling until turn 4–5. Are you resetting context or compressing it when drift starts?
@felixycc That metaphor hits. Debugging with constraints always feels slower until you’ve lived one privacy breach. What’s been the hardest part to instrument so far?
@YourTeamSpace Weekly ship notes are such a clean habit. Do you write them for users first or for yourself as a forcing function to actually ship something worth mentioning?
@madebydayo Organic across three continents with zero ad spend is the dream loop. Curious what category keywords are carrying the App Store discovery for you right now?
@MichaelKaiserAI Day 7 with zero revenue and still posting the numbers is underrated. Most people hide the quiet weeks. Keep going — the Wall of Broke is a better teacher than fake MRR screenshots.
Early stage still feels like this:
Monday: “this is going somewhere”
Wednesday: “wait why would anyone care”
Friday: ship anyway
Building in public isn’t confidence. It’s refusing to wait until it feels safe.
Friendly reminder to all my fellow builders; get out there and touch grass or hit the gym or just get some fresh air. Building is addictive, don’t forget to take care of yourself!
@ankittharol The 7-tab marketing stack is too real. Launch day tomorrow — what’s the one workflow you’re most curious to see people actually use first?
@zeeshan_io This hits. Started posting before anything looked “ready” and it felt weird for weeks. Still better than waiting for a number that never feels high enough.
Honest early-stage update: some weeks feel like progress, some weeks feel like rearranging the same three decisions.
Still showing up. Still writing things down. Still learning that “clarity” usually shows up after the messy draft, not before.
@HeqqerK Hey Herre — solo founder wave from the US. Always down to trade notes with people building in the open. What’s the problem you’re solving right now?
@AwaisSultanz Painfully accurate. Shipping the wrong thing feels productive until you check the waitlist (or lack of one). How do you pressure-test “does anyone need this” before you write a line of code?
@vachmara Hi Valentin — fellow early-stage builder here. “Probably too many side projects” is a personality type, not a bug. What’s the one you’re actually shipping next?
