@SF_England I submitted the PFF2 signed by them about a week ago, I assumed it meant that the PFF2 had been processed and SFE were requesting their income from HMRC

@SF_England My sponsor is having trouble getting into their account to submit their details for my application, is there any way to fix this issue and if not, is there any other way for them to submit their information?

@SF_England Hello, I've submitted the PFF2 and now the action has updated to say HMRC income request sent, but the action is still not completed, how can I proceed to complete this action?

@SF_England Just to clarify, am I able to submit the PFF2 via my account? As theirs appears to not be accessible at all. We are applying for my third year and we've never ran into this issue before. Thanks, Dylan.

It's nearly ready! I'm really excited to submit this for the #lowrezjam! I managed to make some fun and challenging levels, and I hope people enjoy them when it comes out. The game's probably a tad short, it'll probably be 15-20 levels, but I wasn't expecting it to be massive.

@SF_England Oh thanks! That's reassured me a bit, I was just worried it got lost in the post having not heard back but that's put my mind at ease. If I don't hear back by then I'll request another one and send it off, thank you for letting me know.

@SF_England Oh okay, my main concern is that I haven't received any email notifying me that it has been received, is this normal a week after I have sent it?

@SF_England Well I made the rookie mistake of sending standard, if I don't hear back, should I just order a new one and send it via tracked?

@SF_England Less of an immediate issue, more of a concern, should I be worried if I mailed my birth certificate off a week ago and still haven't received the email confirming that you have it?

@SF_England I figured out the problem, just caching errors on chrome, can be fixed by clearing the cache
