DO NOT buy an insurance policy from @staysure they are biggest bunch of THIEVES… they took an additional premium to cover additional pre existing conditions and then cancelled the policy and still waiting on both a Pro Rota refund and refund for the extra premium 🤬😡

@lv Just got my insurance renewal from LV - it’s double but wtf they are saying I made a claim last year! No I did not I spoke to them about my Juliet balcony and decided NOT to claim in the end as we decided to self fund the cost. So why is this noted as a claim? Such a CON

@RiuHoteles Thank you, I will do that as I have been given the complete run around by the Riu in Miami, obviously the US has dropped customer care and replaced it with we don’t care as long as we make money you can suffer! We have stayed at many Riu Hotels around the world but no more

@GMB@SimonCalder this is how useless the passport office are they actually received everything on the 20th March as I can track everything I sent to HMPassports but it’s taken them over a month to get it all on the system! They want people to do online but it doesn’t work

@GMB I have on my phone an email from my local MP that spells out the reason why small limited companies like mine could not be given financial help was because too many directors would claim illegally and it would be fraudulent! Yet they are still allowed fraud to happen 🤬😡
