@Len_Gold sharing his diabetes journey one year on. Len was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 2014, which led him to make lifestyle changes. Within nine months Len managed to put his Type 2 diabetes into remission and continues to help others with diabetes #WorldDiabetesDay
