Today we’re bringing forward an important proposal to effectively bring net emissions to zero for the foreseeable future.
This involves:
1. Pausing emissions from the Team Reserve indefinitely
2. Absorbing any team sales of vesting tokens in the Jupiter treasury
3. Postponing Jupuary indefinitely
4. Accelerating and offsetting Mercurial vesting
The decision lies with the DAO. Full calendar of events below

🕹️ 🎮 rxelms Fighter is set to be released on the 29th of this month and here is what you need to know about the launch...
📝 The game is starting off with 35 characters from different NFT/meme projects from Cardano, XRP, Algorand, Solana, VOI, BTC + The CTO of nillion
📝 The game will go on sale for around $20 and you'll be able to buy it using XRP, ALGO, ADA or SOL.
📝 The first release will be WEBGL and work on desktop and mobile devices.
📝 The first phase of the release does not include blockchain integration, all characters will be selectable by anyone who has bought the game. This is going to be very helpful for game play improvements like working out if some characters have an unfair advantage.
📝 The second phase will include blockchain integration for the leaderboard and costume sales and also possibly gating some characters if wanted by the individual projects. (requiring people to own a NFT/token from the original project the character comes from).
📝 After the game has been battle tested a little bit we'll be adding the game to GooglePlay and Steam (non blockchain version only for Steam)
📝 Each project has details section that provides their X tag.
📝 There is a plan to make Niko a cross-chain token via @FolksFinance. This will allow people to use Niko from multiple chains to buy costumes for their characters.
📝 Once the game is released we'll be listening carefully to all feedback to make this game super fun and fair.
📝 Also after release we're going to go back to onboarding more projects, with the idea to add around 1 new project a week. We feel like this is key to making the game a success as the more projects we add the bigger the player-base will become...

🚀 Verge Currency Unifies Its Codebase
What merging Raspberry Pi support into Verge Core really means
Verge Currency ($XVG) continues its long-term modernization strategy by merging the Raspberry Pi repository directly into Verge Core. While this may sound technical, it represents something much bigger: simplification, security, accessibility, and long-term scalability.
🔗 Build guide:
https://t.co/p1aghzUjws
🧩 What changed?
Previously, Verge maintained a separate repository optimized for Raspberry Pi / ARM devices, commonly used for:
🏠 Home servers
🎓 Educational projects
🌐 IoT devices
🔄 Always-on blockchain nodes
While effective, the separate repo introduced:
❌ Duplicate maintenance
❌ Separate update cycles
❌ Extra complexity for users & contributors
🔧 What “merging into Verge Core” means
By unifying everything into Verge Core, Verge has:
✅ Created a single, authoritative codebase
✅ Made ARM (Raspberry Pi) support a first-class feature
✅ Eliminated separate builds, docs, and maintenance paths
👉 Every Verge node — Windows, Linux, macOS, or Raspberry Pi — now runs from the same core software.
🔐 Why this matters for the network
1️⃣ Stronger security through consistency
Security updates apply everywhere at once
Fewer outdated or forgotten code paths
Easier auditing
➡️ Fewer variations = fewer attack surfaces
2️⃣ Easier nodes = better decentralization
Raspberry Pi devices are:
💸 Affordable
⚡ Energy-efficient
🌍 Accessible worldwide
Embedding Pi support directly into Verge Core:
Lowers the barrier to running a node
Encourages home & hobbyist participation
Improves geographic decentralization
3️⃣ Faster development, cleaner maintenance
🚀 Faster feature delivery
🐞 Fewer platform-specific bugs
🧪 Cleaner CI & testing
👋 Easier onboarding for new devs
🌍 Why Raspberry Pi support is strategic
ARM devices are widely used in:
Developing regions
Schools & universities
Embedded systems
Privacy-focused home setups
By fully supporting them in Verge Core, Verge positions itself as:
🌐 A globally accessible blockchain
🏗️ A network without expensive infrastructure requirements
🌱 A platform aligned with grassroots adoption
🛠️ A sign of infrastructure maturity
From a support and reliability standpoint, this change signals:
Technical discipline
Reduced long-term maintenance costs
Sustainable decentralization
Fewer operational risks
Infrastructure consolidation is a hallmark of mature software — and rare in crypto.
🛣️ Fits Verge’s long-term roadmap
This merge complements ongoing work in:
Modern C++ migration
Performance & safety improvements
Build system unification
CI/tooling upgrades
Trustless, reproducible builds
Build once. Run everywhere. Securely.
🎯 Final takeaway
Merging the Raspberry Pi repository into Verge Core isn’t just cleanup — it’s a statement of maturity.
Verge is:
✂️ Reducing complexity, not adding it
🧱 Prioritizing decentralization at the hardware level
🕰️ Building infrastructure designed to last
💚 One codebase. More nodes. Stronger network.
USST is moving closer to Mainnet.
As part of our commitment to transparency, we’re sharing a detailed blog that breaks down how YLD is calculated, how yield flows, and how value is distributed in Stablecoin 2.0.
Read the deep dive : https://t.co/3pVX3MjRHK
Update on Recent Regulations:
New developments in the U.S. Senate’s Market structure bill includes a provision that would ban passive yield on stablecoin holdings. While this creates a potential problem for Yield Bearing stablecoins, USST by design is safe under these regulations.
USST is not a yield-bearing stablecoin - it is a stable monetary layer backed by productive, on-chain real-world assets.
The current regulatory discussion reinforces why architecture matters. USST was never designed as a yield-bearing stablecoin; it is a spendable, fully collateralized stable asset where yield accrues at the collateral layer, not to the token itself. Because USST holders are not promised, paid, or marketed yield, our model aligns naturally with emerging regulatory expectations that seek to distinguish stable units of account from investment instruments.
USST effectively separates money from returns. While tokenized real-world assets (RWAs) sit as collateral and accrue yield in the background, the USST token remains a neutral, spendable stablecoin. This was a deliberate design choice to ensure USST functions as pure financial infrastructure -usable for payments, settlement, and DeFi without crossing into the category of yield-bearing instruments that regulators are rightly scrutinizing. As regulation evolves, only models that are transparent, structurally sound, and institution-ready will scale.
