@UPS@UPS Now I’ll be returning the item to @HomeDepot because I no longer need it. Unfortunate outcome all around. Home Depot might want to rethink delivery partners — this kind of experience makes customers hesitate to order again.
@UPS My package was supposed to arrive May 2, but it’s been in the warehouse since Thursday. UPS assured me it would arrive Friday or Saturday, yet nothing. Tracking says “weather delay” while it’s sunny outside. Package is in Surrey and I’m in Coquitlam. I need it today!
@UPS 3/3 This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with @UPS, but it might be the last. Customer support guarantees that don’t hold up are worse than no guarantees at all. Reliability matters, especially when people are planning around delivery dates. It just feels careless.

@UPS 1/3 @UPS well… now it doesn’t matter anymore, does it? I needed the tool for Sunday — that’s why I bought it, since delivery was promised by Saturday. Instead: delays, excuses, and missed guarantees from support.
@GoDaddy I canceled a service in January and have been chasing a refund ever since. I’ve spoken to 4 different agents and still no resolution. This is unacceptable. Extremely poor customer service—I will never use your services again and strongly advise others to avoid.
@GoDaddy@GoDaddyHelp@GoDaddy Now I find out my auto-renew was turned back ON without my consent, meaning I’ll be charged again for something I already canceled. This is beyond unacceptable. Fix this immediately and RETURN MY MONEY.

@GoDaddy I was charged for a service that had already been cancelled. Case GPTR-353845 was opened and I was told I’d receive a response within 72 hours. It’s now been 11 days with no resolution. Extremely disappointing customer service. Please address this immediately.
Hey @uber@ubercanada — your driver drove past my house, ignored calls/messages, never stopped, and I got charged a cancellation fee while rushing to the airport. This is unacceptable. Answer my request on your app!!!!
